A worn battery does not always need to be replaced - professional rebuilding is often all it takes

A Li-ion battery does not lose its value because of the outer casing or the electronics. In most cases, the real wear happens inside, where the cells gradually lose capacity over time. Battery rebuilding means replacing all worn cells with brand-new premium cells from Samsung, LG or Sanyo, and programming the BMS so the battery works correctly and delivers the right performance with the new cell pack.

The original casing, the original BMS and the original connectors all stay in place. We only replace the components that actually wear out during normal use.

How does it work?

A proven rebuilding process - step by step

Every battery goes through the same consistent service path.

Electronics diagnostics

We assess the condition of the cells, BMS, temperature sensors and internal electrical connections.

Fault repair

If diagnostics reveal faults in the electronics, we first repair the BMS, temperature sensors or electrical connections, and only then move on to replacing the cells.

Cell replacement

We fully replace the complete cell pack with new Samsung, Sanyo or LG cells.

Spot welding and assembly

We use professional 0.2 mm nickel strip spot welding to create stable, low-resistance connections inside the pack.

BMS programming

We reset cycle counters, calibrate the charge indicator and optimize the battery parameters for the new cell pack.

06

Final testing

Every rebuilt battery undergoes full capacity testing, voltage stability checks and thermal measurements.

Battery rebuilding means replacing the Li-ion cells inside the original battery housing. Instead of buying a new battery, we replace only the worn cells while keeping the original BMS electronics, casing and all connectors. The result is a battery that performs like new at a fraction of the cost.

Over time, lithium-ion batteries gradually lose capacity. Device runtime becomes shorter and charging becomes less effective. This happens both because of natural cell aging and because of non-ideal usage conditions.

Yes. Battery rebuilding is a safe process when done correctly. We use high-quality components compatible with the battery electronics, and every rebuilt unit is thoroughly tested for performance and safety.

We usually rebuild batteries within 3 business days of receiving the parcel. We keep you updated on the order status by email throughout the process.

No. We keep the original electronics and charging parameters, so your current charger continues to work as before.

Yes. BMS diagnostics are a standard part of every rebuilding service. If we detect a damaged protection circuit, resistor or thermistor, we repair it before replacing the cells. The full repair scope is included in the service price.

Yes. If you decide not to proceed after diagnostics, we can return the battery to you at your expense or dispose of it free of charge. If you cancel before shipping, you receive a full refund.
